GlowAbility Care Services is a family-owned NDIS provider offering personalised, culturally inclusive support across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
We get to know each participant’s goals, routines, interests, culture, strengths and preferences, then shape support around what matters most to them.
Our aim is simple: for participants and families to feel comfortable with the people supporting them, confident that they are being listened to and involved in the decisions that affect their everyday life.
Founder and Executive Director Yasmin Imam has worked in the disability sector since 2018, beginning her career as a disability support worker.
That hands-on experience gave Yasmin a strong understanding of the everyday realities of disability support and the importance of dignity, patience, respect and genuine care.
She remains actively involved in the day-to-day operation of GlowAbility and works closely with participants, families, support workers, Support Coordinators, Behaviour Support Practitioners and allied health professionals.
Yasmin also holds a Diploma in Community Development, strengthening her knowledge of inclusion, diversity, community participation and empowering people to take an active role in their communities.
Every person is different, and their support should reflect that.

GlowAbility Care Services is based in Flemington and supports NDIS participants across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Our support can take place at home, in the community, through our Day Program or within supported living arrangements.
